When we decided to have our home built in 2021, we were pretty nervous about the whole process. After consulting a few builders, we decided to choose Crawford as they had the most flexibility in their floor plans within our budget. We worked with Dwight, who was absolutely great to work with; he outlined everything from the start and made recommendations based on his professional and personal experience building homes. What really got to us was Crawford’s willingness to accommodate our specific needs. They’re all about custom builds and made sure our visions came to life while being super conscious of our budget. Even though our house was delayed by a few months, we were happy with how everything turned out. We understand that delays can occur as this is the reality of the business. After moving in, there were a few issues with the house that have come up but it’s been easy working with Crawford’s customer service team. Evie has been wonderful to us and Al, the owner, has even personally come to our house to review an issue. I will admit they are a little slow at times but the job gets done. Overall we are very happy with choosing Crawford Homes. They’re flexible, budget-conscious, and their work is professional.
