I purchased a home from Crawford, I won’t say how many years ago, and never had an issue until recently and this is where I got overwhelmed by a builders commitment to making their customers happy. I made a call as to what I could do and was more than delighted to meet a young lady by the name of Kasandra who made me feel like I still mattered as a cherished customer and came that day to inspect it with the promise to come the next day with a proper set up and that’s where I met Jim, these two were so busy that they pretty much had to come at the end of the day to tend to my needs after their own commitments to new customers. It’s acts like this that make a company shine far above the rest and is why I’m making the commitment to have them build for me again in the not so distant future.
